will be held at Head Office Central City Tower Bangna on Tuesday, 22th April, 2025 at 2.30 p.m. to transact business of Annual General Meeting.

1. To acknowledge the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023


2. To acknowledge the Company's operating results and the Board of Directors' Report for 2023


3. To consider and approve the Company's Balance Sheets and Income Statements for the year end 31 December 2023


4. To consider the omission of dividend payment for 2023's operating results


5. To consider the remuneration payment for 2023 to staffs and suspension of remuneration payment to directors


6. To consider and fix the meeting allowance to directors for 2024


7. To consider and elect the directors in replacement of those who are retired by rotation


8. To consider and appoint the auditors and fix the audit fee for 2024


9. To consider other issues (if any)
