Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (E-AGM) of shareholders of Charoong Thai Wire And Cable Public Company Limited

will be held at Head Office, Central City Tower Bangna on Tuesday, 22^nd April, 2025 at 2.30 p.m. to transact the business of the Annual General Meeting.

1. To acknowledge the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2024
2. To acknowledge the Company’s operating results and the Board of Directors’ Report for 2024
3. To consider and approve the Company’s Balance Sheets and Income Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024
4. To consider and approve the allocation of net profit for the 2024 operating results
5. To consider and approve the remuneration to directors and staff for 2024
6. To consider and fix the meeting allowance to directors for 2025
7. To consider and elect the directors in replacement of those who are retired by rotation
8. To consider and appoint the auditors and fix the audit fee for 2025
9. To consider other issues (if any)
